Ch. 3: Roast Duck in the Window

Lenore Look used an idiom in this chapter. Do you know what it is? Can you explain what it means? What's another idiom you've heard before?

  1. I think a "roast duck in the window" means it's blocking your way to see out the window which means he's trying to find a way to see happiness or overcoming fears but he just can't.

  5. I think it means something is blocking your way to achievement, like when you are trying to overcome something and something isn't letting you. Another idiom I have heard is Pigs Arse! It is something you say when you don't think what someone is telling you is true.
